This website presents the results of a multi-factor territorial survey. The research combines public data, local knowledge, and graphical representations, all stemming from the topic "Campos em disputa: reflexões territoriais sobre os Campos Elíseos" as part of the Estúdio Vertical, a discipline at the Escola da Cidade, in São Paulo, Brazil.

These studies focus on understanding the social, urban, and environmental dynamics of this specific area. The research considers both technical information available from government platforms and the lived experiences of residents, collectives, and social organizations that work directly in the region.

The work compiled here was developed between February and June 2025, a time when conflicts in the area intensified. Through interviews, conversations with the community, and field observations, we sought to capture the multiple layers that make up daily local life—its strengths, weaknesses, conflicts, and desires. These elements offer a sensitive and critical interpretation of the area, based on academic studies from various fields and counter-arguments that make the violence and interests at play visible. All materials were systematized and made available on this digital platform, created specifically to make the study accessible and to engage directly with those who live in the area. Here, visitors will find textual narratives, visual representations, and analyses that seek not only to present data but also to strengthen the ties between technical knowledge and popular wisdom, and between analysis and action.

This work is, above all, a way of giving back to the local population—a way to share information, present other points of view on the actions underway, foster debate, and contribute to the collective construction of a more just and sustainable territory.

This project was made by the group Laila Klajmic, Guilherme Pace and João Puntoni, with guidance of Carol Tonetti, graphic designer and architect, and Hugo Rossini. Special thanks to all the people of Favela do Moinho, survivors of daily police violence, and welcomed the group to their homes in the best way possible. Also, to Anna Juni, who helped the group a lot and guided us.

The website design was made by Laila Klajmic and the analog photography as well.
